As Stefania Fabbri tells us, FABBRI 1905 is a family company founded in 1905, with over 120 years of history. It is known by the general public above all for the black cherry, an iconic product, but its activity also extends to other areas. The company, in fact, operates on two main channels: on the one hand the 𝗕𝟮𝗖, aimed at the final consumer with products such as black cherries, syrups and sweet sauces; on the other, the 𝗕𝟮𝗕, dedicated to professionals, which includes both the world of mixology and that of ingredients for artisanal ice cream making, such as bases, fruit, dried fruit and sauces. One of their key elements is the omnichannel: the different channels strengthen each other, creating strong synergies. Awareness among consumers supports the professional channel, while the presence in the HoReCa helps to further strengthen the brand.
