Luigi Consiglio, with extensive experience in guiding historic Italian brands through growth and internationalization processes, launches Eccellenze d’Impresa (EDI), a new independent strategic consulting firm based in Milan.
EDI was established to assist Italian companies in defining commercial and industrial strategies, supporting their development in both domestic and international markets, with a focus on the American market and strong specialization in the agricultural and food sector.
The company positions itself as a game changer for businesses and engages only if it can promote a significant increase in the equity value of its client companies. Continuous construction and strengthening of competitive advantages involve activities related to product development, process optimization, and internationalization.
The new consulting firm aims to also function as a "laboratory" to bring out hidden excellence and reward the best performances in terms of innovation, internationalization, growth, and human resource development through a series of annual events. All initiatives are aimed at showcasing and highlighting companies, thereby contributing to growth and strengthening financial structures for smaller firms within a framework focused on development, good governance, and transparency.
In its think tank activities, EDI collaborates with MIT SLOAN Management Review Italia and the Athesis Publishing Group. Among its cultural productions are studies on Diversity & Inclusion, which form the basis of the annual Competitive Inclusivity conference, the annual Festival del Futuro, and the Excellence in Business and Financial Attractiveness Awards.
