EDI helps Italian companies to define commercial and industrial strategies, supporting their development in both domestic and international markets, with a particular focus on the American market. Moreover, EDI is a think tank that studies and enhances excellence among Italian companies, highlighting their performance.

Luigi Consiglio, a graduate of Bocconi University with an INSEAD Master's degree from Fontainebleau, is a globally recognized expert in the agro-industrial and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors. His experience and his diagnostic capabilities enable him to quickly connect with businesses and the individuals within them. Having collaborated with over five hundred companies, Luigi has chosen to specialize both vertically and horizontally, working across the entire supply chain from field to fork, and from North America to the Far East.

His approach to entering a company always revolves around maximizing equity value for shareholders and achieving sustainable long-term competitive advantages. Luigi has also guided the growth of major Italian companies through business integration projects, new product development, and restructuring efforts. For over twenty years, he has successfully led internationalization projects, overseeing every aspect from team formation to brand positioning, with a pragmatic and operational approach. His main areas of expertise also include Food Service, Horeca, and raw material valorisation.
