Luigi Consiglio, with a long experience in accompanying historic Italian brands on growth and internationalization paths, launchesEnterprise Excellence (EDI), a new independent strategic consultancy firmbased in Milan.

EDIwas born with the aim of assisting Italian companies in defining commercial and industrial strategies, accompanying them in development on domestic and international markets, with a focus on the American market and a strong specialization in the agri-food sector.

The company proposes itself as a game changer of corporate realities and enters the field only if it manages to promote a significant increase in the equity value of client companies. The construction and continuous strengthening of the company's competitive advantages concerns product, process and internationalization development activities.

The new consultancy company aims to also function as a "laboratory" to bring out hidden excellence and reward the best performances in terms of innovation, internationalisation, growth and development of human resources and talents, through a series of annual events. All initiatives are aimed at illustrating and highlighting companies, thus contributing to growth and strengthening financial structures for smaller companies, within a path attentive to development, good governance and transparency.
