Continuous construction and strengthening of competitive advantages involve activities related to product development, process optimization, and internationalization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new consulting firm aims to also function as a &#8220;laboratory&#8221; to bring out hidden excellence and reward the best performances in terms of innovation, internationalization, growth, and human resource development through a series of annual events. All initiatives are aimed at showcasing and highlighting companies, thereby contributing to growth and strengthening financial structures for smaller firms within a framework focused on development, good governance, and transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In its think tank activities, EDI collaborates with MIT SLOAN Management Review Italia and the Athesis Publishing Group.
